We are excited to announce Matthew Falckh will take the reins as the new Head Coach of the Senior Men for the 2023 season. 

Matthew joined the Giants program as an Assistant Coach prior to the cancelled 2020 BigV season, and steps up into the role with almost two decades of BigV coaching and playing experience.

This includes over 220 BigV/VBL games competing in Division One and State Championship with the Whittlesea Pacers and Keilor Thunder, and two Division One titles.

Matthew will be supported by Lead Assistant/Associate Head Coach Jacob Nutt.

Jacob steps back into the coaching ranks after several seasons away, and also brings a wealth of experience having played BigV Youth Champ & Division One, and spent four seasons as Assistant Coach in State Champ and Division One with the Whittlesea Pacers. 

This marks somewhat of a reunion with Matthew and Jacob, with the pair having spent a number of seasons together as teammates and player/coach.

We welcome Matt and Jacob to their new roles and wish them success in 2023.
